  • Jason Rosario has built his career proving that authentic connection drives exceptional business results. As Chief Impact & Inclusion Officer at BBDO Worldwide, he’s revolutionized DE&I from a compliance function to a strategic revenue growth engine – helping Fortune 500 brands unlock new markets and deepen consumer engagement by embedding inclusive innovation into every campaign, pitch, and creative brief.

His entrepreneurial journey includes founding The Lives of Men, where he partnered with Verizon Media to executive produce Yahoo! News' "Dear Men" series – content that challenged conventions and sparked national conversations around masculinity and identity. This creative lens was sharpened by years navigating high-stakes environments at UBS, CBRE, and Deutsche Bank, where he mastered translating complex dynamics into compelling narratives that moved both capital and culture.

Jason’s superpower? Building bridges between worlds that rarely intersect – finance and creativity, data and emotion, tradition and disruption. He speaks the language of both spreadsheets and storyboards, equally comfortable presenting to C-suites in New York, Geneva, or anywhere business transformation is needed.

Whether architecting inclusive marketing strategies, crafting culture-defining campaigns, or building high-performance teams, Jason is focused on one outcome: driving measurable growth through meaningful impact.
